Results from Our New Boarders Satisfaction Survey Are In

At Claremont School, we prioritise the well-being and satisfaction of our boarding students. Each year, we conduct a comprehensive satisfaction survey for our new boarders. This initiative helps our boarding team evaluate the effectiveness of the induction process, understand how well our students are settling in, and identify any issues that may need addressing promptly.

This year’s survey results are in, and we are thrilled to share that the feedback from our new boarders has been overwhelmingly positive. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Over 95% of respondents first impressions of boarding at Claremont were good or better than expected
  • 100% of respondents:
    • felt that their induction went well and received all the information they needed
    • are happy or more than happy with their rooms and amenities, such as WiFi access and the laundry system
    • feel safe in their boarding houses and know who to contact for help or advice
    • have settled in and started to make new friends in their house

Creating a home-from-home atmosphere is a cornerstone of our boarding programme at Claremont. We strive to ensure that students can integrate seamlessly into life at our school, feeling safe, supported, and happy. We will continue to conduct these surveys as a crucial method of prioritising the welfare of our boarders.
