When it comes to choosing the right school for your child, it can be a daunting task to navigate the wealth of information available online. Prospectuses, exam results and the advice of parents whose children are already settled in schools certainly help to build a picture but we believe there is no better way to get a feel for a school than by arranging a visit.
At Claremont School we have a small team managing our admissions. Contact admissions@claremontschool.co.uk for all day and boarding school enquiries.
We hold three Open Days a year, in March, May and October but we also regularly arrange personal tours for parents who are looking for a more tailored visitor experience. Deputy Principal Lea Owen (Senior School) and Vice Principal, Ben Moir (Prep School) are always keen to meet prospective parents and children and conduct all tours personally. Both options provide an ideal opportunity to see the school during a normal day when classes are in session and pupils are busily going about their routines. If you are considering applying for a place to Claremont, we also encourage parents to arrange a Taster Day as it is the perfect way for a child to ‘experience’ Claremont for themselves, meet new friends and familiarise themselves with our fabulous grounds and facilities.
The admissions process can differ from school to school and we understand that at times it can appear quite complex so we are here to guide parents through, making the application procedure as smooth and straightforward as possible. We look forward to meeting you.
