At our Football Academy, we empower talented young boys and girls – from 8 to 19 years old – to realise their full potential on and off the pitch. Our students develop outstanding fitness and technical and tactical skills through our professional development programme, while all the time maintaining high academic standards.

Our goal is to engender a love of the game of football and belief in strong sporting values, to develop well-rounded individuals who are ready and prepared to start their journey into the world of professional football.

With excellent facilities, a welcoming community of professional staff and dedicated players, our Football Academy provides an environment where talented young footballers can thrive.

Realising football dreams

Providing talented young footballers with an unrivalled opportunity to fulfil their potential on and off the pitch, we have taken many gifted and hard-working players to the next level through our intensive development programme designed by professionals with decades of experience at the highest levels, including the Premier League.

Players hone their skills in modern facilities and follow an engaging training schedule, allowing them to develop as well-rounded athletes, whilst weekly matches help to develop an elite mindset.

Some of our students progress to represent their countries; others follow their dream to pursue careers in coaching, scouting and performance analysis.

Academy philosophy

The Football Academy is committed to creating a safe, happy and disciplined learning environment where all players are given the opportunity to strive for excellence, with support from school management, coaches and support staff, who set the highest standards at all times.

All players will work hard on their academic study, maintaining excellent results at all times. They will also work hard and show full commitment on the training field and conduct themselves professionally when representing the Football Academy or School. They will be taught to play an attractive brand of possession football, with a winning mentality throughout the school.

We therefore recognise the need for all players to become skilled and confident technicians, who enjoy and are comfortable in possession of the football, whilst developing a real game understanding and a desire to learn along with an enduring love of the game.
